GXE On-boarding

Cut Through Angels utilise the GXE investment platform to execute all our investments including the Techstars 2023 cohort fundraise and on-going operations.

Here is a short guide to creating your GXE account and commit the Techstars 2023 cohort fund. Click here for a full step-by-step guide.

Step 1: Accept your GXE email invitation and create your account - Accept the email invitation sent to you from support@m.gxe.com then create your account.

Note: If you are a non-Australian citizen or non-resident then please email support@gxe.com

Step 2: Complete your GXE account - Once you’ve accepted the invitation, follow the below onboarding steps. Click here for a detailed guide to onboarding.

1.      Complete identity verification

2.      Add investment entities to your account

3.      Wholesale/sophisticated investor verification

4.      Review and sign platform agreements

Step 3:Start investing – Once you’ve completed steps 1 and 2, you can make investments on GXE. Click here to make a commitment to the Techstars 2023 Cohort Fund. Here is a guide to making an investment commitment.

Step 4:Settlement – Once the offer is closed, we will issue a formal settlement request notices in the days to weeks following. GXE will be in contact once this process has started.

Syndicate Fees

Cut Through Angel syndicate members will be charged a one-off 5% deal fee to cover transaction costs. Investment returns will be subject to standard 20% carried interest fee.
